Me and my husband are looking for our very first house. We've been going to open houses and the number one question of the selling agent is "Do you have an agent?", or sometimes "You can only see this house if you have an appointment or an agent." This is the time when we decided that we have to get an agent. It was January 30, 2020 when me and my sister attended a free workshop at Long Beach and this is where we met Jolie Koblin. During this time, we do not have our agent yet and we are still in the process of knowing if we could get a house or not. After being pre-approved, by our lender, she suggested to contact an agent as soon to help us start looking for houses. She gave us Jolie's card and told us talk to her first.

She assured me the class would be very informative and should answer any questions that I had. I attended the class, but didn't take any further action. Two years later, 2021, I reached out to Jolie and the Mortgage Broker to start the process again, but with certainty. Jolie pulled out her previous notes from three years ago and updated them. She selected several homes that were worth touring and within 2 months I had selected a home and closed escrow. I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Jolie. She remained in constant communication with me, daily, she truly made this process easy and helped me find my starter home.
